Description: Young Mavericks is a program in partnership with the Dallas based sports teams that aims to empower youth in the creative space. Through a series of workshops, mentorship opportunities, and hands-on experiences, young individuals will learn about various creative career paths and develop essential skills to pursue their passions in the creative industry.

Rooted In Rhythm
Description: Rooted in Rhythm" is an innovative program aimed at mentoring individuals interested in pursuing careers in the music industry. Our first event, "Uncovering Country Gems," will spotlight emerging country artists, setting the stage for future genres to be explored.

Empower To Prosper
Description: The "Empower to Prosper" program addresses the critical gap in financial literacy among under-resourced creative entrepreneurs. Many individuals in these communities lack access to essential financial knowledge and mentorship, which hinders their ability to start, sustain, and scale their businesses. This initiative presents a unique opportunity to equip participants with the skills and resources they need to thrive in a competitive marketplace.

Mini Mavens
Description: Mini Mavens is a year-long program where participants shadow and learn about various creative jobs before selecting an organization for an internship. This program, open to individuals from all states, provides hands-on experience, exposure to different creative roles, and the opportunity to intern with a chosen organization to gain practical skills.

Service Squad
Description: Service Squad offers community service opportunities for credit to students, women in the legal system, organizations, and individuals aged 13 and above. Participants from all states can engage in meaningful community service activities, contribute to social causes, and earn credit while making a positive impact on their communities.
